SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Jacqueline "Jackie" Kilgo of Alton, who
4passed away on August 18, 2010; and
 
5    WHEREAS, She was born October 2, 1921, in Alton, the
6daughter of Dixon B. and Selma M. (Felts) Hyndman; on November
73, 1945, in Alton, she married J. Edward Kilgo; and
 
8    WHEREAS, She was a Pink Lady at St. Anthony's Hospital and
9was a loving Nana to her grandchildren; and
 
10    WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents; her
11husband; and her infant granddaughter, Katherine Perotka; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Jacqueline Kilgo is survived by her daughter,
13Karen Perotka and husband, Rodger; her son, Patrick Kilgo; her
14four grandchildren, Megan Moore and husband, Darrin, Molly
15Velikis and husband, Joe, Michael Kilgo and wife, Mayling, and
16Melonie Munoz; her eight great-grandchildren; her nephew,
17Robert Kilgo and his wife, Dee; and her special cousin, Pat
18Vine and her companion, Betsy Simms; therefore, be it
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL
20ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with

1her family and friends, the passing of Jacqueline Kilgo; and be

3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
