| AN ACT concerning transportation.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Waterway Act is amended by changing |
| 5 |
| Section 1 as follows:
|
| 6 |

| Sec. 1.
A deep waterway shall be constructed from the
the
|

| water power plant of the Sanitary District of Chicago, at or |
| 9 |
| near Lockport,
in the township of Lockport, in the County of |
| 10 |
| Will, to a point in the
Illinois River at or near Utica. Such |
| 11 |
| waterway shall be known as "The
Illinois Waterway." |
