AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 941

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 941, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
4
2, on page 5, line 22, after "2011", by inserting ", provided 
5
that the amount of the grant in 2011 shall not exceed 
6
$10,000,000"; and


 
7
on page 6, line 19, by deleting "only"; and
 
8
on page 7, line 23, by deleting "only"; and
 
9
on page 9, line 2, by deleting "only"; and
 
10
on page 11, line 2, after "2011", by inserting ", however, that 
11
request shall not exceed $10,000,000.  If the Board, at any time 
12
after reviewing the financial condition and results of 
13
operations of ADA paratransit services under Section 4.11, 
14
determines that the shortfall in the ADA Paratransit Fund will

exceed $8,500,000 in 2010 or $10,000,000 in 2011, and other 
2
actions authorized under Section 4.11 are inadequate to 
3
eliminate that revised shortfall, then the Board shall

authorize the issuance of Working Cash Notes, subject to the 
5
provisions of Section 4.04 of this Act, to fund such shortfall 
6
to the extent that it exceeds these enumerated amounts"; and
 
7
on page 11, line 21, by deleting "only"; and
 
8
on page 12, line 23, by deleting "only".
