AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1074

2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1074 on page 4, by
3 inserting immediately below line 20 the following:
4     "(f) An employer is not civilly or criminally liable for an
5 act or omission by an employee who has been issued a
6 certificate of relief from disabilities, except for a willful
7 or wanton act by the employer in hiring the employee who has
8 been issued a certificate of relief from disabilities."; and
 
9 on page 5, by inserting immediately below line 25 the
10 following:
11     "(c) An employer is not civilly or criminally liable for an
12 act or omission by an employee who has been issued a
13 certificate of good conduct, except for a willful or wanton act
14 by the employer in hiring the employee who has been issued a
15 certificate of good conduct.".
