Amend Senate Bill 2118 on page 1, by replacing lines 7 through 11 with the following: “a grant to the Lincoln Foundation for Performance Excellence to implement the Malcolm Baldrige Continuous Improvement and Performance Efficiency Criteria to assist government agencies within the State in increasing the productivity and quality of agency programs.”.
