Makes a supplemental appropriation of $358,800 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board for personal services, agency-funded retirement and social security obligations, and other budgetary lines. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $358,800, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board for personal services, agency-funded retirement and social security obligations, and other budgetary lines.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
