SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $600,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a business development grant to Robert's Sysco Food Services for all costs associated with the construction of a distribution facility in Lincoln including all prior costs incurred.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $600,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a business development grant to Robert's Sysco Food Services for all costs associated with the construction of a distribution facility in Lincoln including all prior costs incurred.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
