SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $3,400,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose of creating a contingency allotment for reimbursing sellers who participated in the Department's Retail Energy Efficiency Appliance Program. Effective April 1, 2010.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. The amount of $3,400,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose of creating a contingency allotment for reimbursing sellers who participated in the Department's Retail Energy Efficiency Appliance Program in accordance with Section 605-1005 of the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect April 1, 2010.
