SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $10,000,000 from the Green Manufacturing Revolving Loan Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purposes of the Green Manufacturing loan program created under 20 ILCS 605/605-524. Effective July 1, 2010.

    AN ACT making appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $10,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Green Manufacturing Revolving Loan Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purposes of the Green Manufacturing loan program created under 20 ILCS 605/605-524.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
