    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $8,750,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Corrections from the General Revenue Fund for a grant to Operation Ceasefire to be used in the following locations:

The City of Chicago:

The neighborhood of Albany Park.................... 250,000

The neighborhood of Auburn/Gresham................. 250,000

The neighborhood of Austin......................... 500,000

The neighborhood of Brighton Park.................. 250,000

The neighborhood of East Garfield Park............. 250,000
