Appropriates $1,728,410 from the Federal/Local Airport Fund to the Department of Transportation. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $1,728,410 or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Federal/Local Airport Fund (095-49460-4900-0000) to the Department of Transportation for a grant to the Chicago Rockford International Airport (RFD) for the purpose of Cargo Apron Construction (Phase 1 - Site Preparation).
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
