SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $25,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for grants for architectural and engineering studies and construction of a cooperative high school in Vermilion County involving Jamaica High School, Oakwood High School, and Catlin High School.  Effective July 1, 2009.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $25,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for grants for architectural and engineering studies and construction of a cooperative high school in Vermilion County involving Jamaica High School, Oakwood High School, and Catlin High School.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
