    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Property Tax Appeal Board:

Payable from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund:

  For State Contributions to State

   Employees' Retirement System.................... 177,900

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security................................. 119,900

  For Group Insurance.............................. 413,400

  For Contractual Services.......................... 47,000

  For Equipment...................................... 4,600

  For Electronic Data Processing.................... 43,200

  For Telecommunication Services.................... 30,000

  For Operation of Auto Equipment................... 14,000

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
