SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to Trinity Services, Inc. for family counseling services. Appropriates $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to Catholic Charities of Joliet for family counseling services. Effective July 1, 2009.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to Trinity Services, Inc. for family counseling services.
Section 10. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to Catholic Charities of Joliet for family counseling services.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
