95th General Assembly
Pursuant to Article IV, Section 9(b) of the Illinois Constitution of 1970, I hereby veto
Senate Bill 121, entitled “AN ACT concerning criminal law.” While I recognize and appreciate the hard work of all the sponsors in passing this legislation, I am concerned that this bill condones leniency toward sex offenders.
For this reason, I hereby veto and return Senate Bill 121.
