HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION

 
2     WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report
3 on the Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated March 1, 2007,
4 with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the
5 Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
6 of the School Code; therefore, be it
 
7     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8 NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
9 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school district
10 waiver requests identified below by school district name and by
11 the identifying number and subject area of the waiver request
12 as summarized in the report filed by the State Board of
13 Education is disapproved:
14         (1) Waukegan SD 60 - Lake, WM100-4155, substitute
15     teachers;
16         (2) North Chicago CUSD 187 - Lake, WM100-4176,
17     substitute teachers; and
18         (3) Belvidere CUSD 100 - Boone, WM100-4138-2, physical
19     education; and be it further
 
20     RESOLVED, That each of the school district waiver requests
21 identified below by school district name and by the identifying
22 number and subject area of the waiver request as summarized in
23 the report filed by the State Board of Education is approved

1 for only $250 and disapproved for the remaining amount:
2         (1) Carpentersville CUSD 300 - Kane, WM100-4042,
3     driver education;
4         (2) Somonauk CUSD 432 - DeKalb, WM100-4044-1, driver
5     education;
6         (3) Grayslake CHSD 127 - Lake, WM100-4108, driver
7     education;
8         (4) Lake Forest CHSD 115 - Lake, WM100-4139-1, driver
9     education;
10         (5) Niles THSD 219 - Cook, WM100-4144, driver
11     education;
12         (6) Warren THSD 121 - Lake, WM100-4211-2, driver
13     education;
14         (7) North Boone CUSD 200 - Boone, Winnebago,
15     WM100-4212, driver education; and
16         (8) Riverside Brookfield THSD 208 - Cook, WM100-4231,
17     driver education; and be it further
 
18     RESOLVED, That each of the school district waiver requests
19 identified below by school district name and by the identifying
20 number and subject area of the waiver request as summarized in
21 the report filed by the State Board of Education is approved
22 for only 2 years and disapproved for the remaining 3 years:
23         (1) Aurora West USD 129 - Kane, WM100-4187-2, physical
24     education; and
25         (2) Plainfield CCSD 202 - Will, WM100-4240-1, physical
