    AN ACT concerning criminal law.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Sex Offender Community Notification Law is 
5
amended by changing Section 110 as follows:

    Sec. 110. Registration. At the
the time a sex offender 
8
registers
under
Section 3 of the Sex Offender Registration Act 
9
or reports a change of
address or employment under Section 6 of 
10
that Act, the offender shall
notify the law
enforcement agency 
11
having jurisdiction with
whom the offender registers or reports 
12
a change of address or employment
that the offender is
a sex 
13
offender.
