    AN ACT concerning regulation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by 
5
changing Section 155.20 as follows:

    (215 ILCS 5/155.20)  (from Ch. 73, par. 767.20)

    Sec. 155.20. All final arbitration decisions rendered in 
8
relation to disputes
or controversies arising out of injuries 
9
allegedly caused by reason of hospital
or health care provider 
10
malpractice shall be recognized by any insurance
company doing 
11
business in the
the State of Illinois and all findings of facts

12
relating to liability and awards of damages in relation thereto 
13
which are
a part of the final arbitration decision shall be 
14
binding on such insurance companies.
