Makes an appropriation to Cornerstone Services for services at the Bolingbrook facility.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Article 1

    Section 5. The sum of $800,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to Cornerstone Services for all costs associated with services at the Bolingbrook facility.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
