AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section. 5. The sum of $7,730,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to Northern Illinois University for all costs associated with the rehabilitation, remodeling and renovation of Cole Hall and for the construction of additional classroom space.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
