Makes an appropriation to the Office of the Attorney General from the General Revenue Fund for disbursement to the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation. Effective July 1, 2008.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for disbursement to the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation in accordance with the terms of Section 25 of the Illinois Equal Justice Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
