SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Makes an appropriation of $600,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a business development grant to Robert's Sysco Food Services.  Effective July 1, 2008.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

             Section 5. The amount of $600,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a business development grant to Robert's Sysco Food Services for all costs associated with the construction of a distribution facility in Lincoln including all prior incurred costs. 

 

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
