SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose of increasing the State’s investment in marketing and promoting to prospective employers the opportunities and benefits of establishing a business in Illinois. Effective July 1, 2007.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose of increasing the State’s investment in marketing and promoting to prospective employers the opportunities and benefits of establishing a business in Illinois.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
