AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6372

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6372, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ARTICLE 1

    Section 20.  The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the Supreme Court for ordinary and contingent expenses of the Circuit Court:

For Circuit Clerks' Additional Duties.............. 663,000

For Probation Reimbursements.................... 62,454,600

    Total, this Section                         $63,117,600

ARTICLE 999

Section 999.  Effective Date.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.”.
