AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6366

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6366, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Comptroller to meet its ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009:

  For Expenses of Local Government

    Officials Training.............................. 12,500

  For Contractual Services for auditing

    And assisting local governments................. 25,000

    Total                                           $37,500

ARTICLE 999

Section 999.  Effective Date.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.”.
