Appropriates the sum of $300,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Mid-Illinois Medical District for its ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2008.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. In addition to any other amounts that may be appropriated for this purpose, the sum of $300,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Mid-Illinois Medical District for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
