Makes an appropriation to the Department of Human Services for grants to pay for costs and administrative expenses associated with the Juvenile Intervention Support Center. Effective July 1, 2008.

$DHS JUVENILE INTERVENTION

 

 

 

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

  Section 5.  The amount of $1,000,000, or as much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Human Services for grants to pay for costs and administrative expenses associated with the Juvenile Intervention Support Center.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
