SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $865,100 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for expenses in connection with the Red Tape Cutter Program.  Effective July 1, 2008.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

  Section 5.  The sum of $865,100, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging as follows:

  For Administrative Expenses of the

   Red Tape Cutter Program........................... 9,800

  For Grants for Suburban Area Agency

   on Aging for the Red

   Tape Cutter Program............................. 251,700

  For Grants for Chicago Department on Aging

   for the Red Tape Cutter Program................. 603,600

 

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
