SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to further projects for persons with disabilities or mental illness.  Effective July 1, 2008.

    AN ACT making appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose of furthering projects for persons with disabilities or mental illness.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
