SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for the purpose of awarding grants to dentists who are participating in the Department’s Dental Loan Repayment Program. Effective July 1, 2008.

$PUBLIC HEALTH DENTAL LOAN

 

 

 

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. The amount of $250,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for the purpose of awarding grants to dentists who are participating in the Department’s Dental Loan Repayment Program.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
