    AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The amount of $7,500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Community College Board for the mobile response workforce training pilot program under Section 2-23 of the Public Community College Act for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2008.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
