SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $2,300,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Village of Oglesby for construction and reconstruction of a sanitary sewer system.  Effective July 1, 2008.

    AN ACT making appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $2,300,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Village of Oglesby for construction and reconstruction of a sanitary sewer system.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
