AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. "An Act making appropriations", Public Act 95-348, approved with items vetoed and reduced on August 23, 2007 and with items restored on October 11, 2007, is amended by changing Section 25 of Article 165 as follows:

    (P.A. 95-348, Article 165, Sec. 25)

    Sec. 25. The sum of $1,719,400 $0, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Agriculture for deposit into the State Cooperative Extension Service Trust Fund for 4-H Youth Development Educators.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
