AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3865

 

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3865, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

The sum of $127,600, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission Operations Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for costs associated with the administration and operations of the Insurance Fraud Division of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission’s anti-fraud program.
