SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for a grant to Asian Human Services for construction of an Early Childhood Youth Services and Family Health Center. Effective July 1, 2007.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $2,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for a grant to Asian Human Services for the construction of an Early Childhood Youth Services and Family Health Center to be located at a site owned by the Asian Human Services on Chicago’s Northside.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
