SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2     WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois
3 learned with sadness of the untimely and tragic death of Jeseca
4 Taylor Ruzich of Herrin on Wednesday, January 25, 2006; and
 
5     WHEREAS, Jeseca was born on December 21, 1998, to Cheryl
6 Leposky Ruzich and Raymond Ruzich; she was a first-grade
7 student at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Herrin; and
 
8     WHEREAS, She was a member of Arabesque Dance Studio of
9 Carterville; she played soccer, danced, and loved crossword
10 puzzles; she loved spending time with her sisters and her
11 friends, especially Victoria; Jeseca will be sadly missed and
12 never forgotten; and
 
13     WHEREAS, Jeseca was preceded in death by her sister, Ashley
14 Ann Ruzich; her father, Raymond Ruzich; her maternal
15 grandfather, Tom Leposky; and her paternal grandfather, Louis
16 Ruzich; and
 
17     WHEREAS, The passing of Jeseca Taylor Ruzich has been
18 deeply felt by many, especially her mother, Cheryl Leposky
19 Ruzich; her sister, Stevie Raeann Ruzich; her aunts and uncles,
20 Tom and Janet Leposky, Jeff Leposky, Mark Ruzich, and Steph and
21 "Johnnie" Natyshok; her maternal grandmother, Charlene
22 Leposky; her paternal grandmother, Diane Ruzich; her maternal
23 great-grandmother, Pearl Lefler; her great uncle, George
24 Lefler; and her cousins, Kyle and Ryan Leposky and Garrett and
25 Gauge Leposky; therefore, be it
 
26     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL
27 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
28 Jeseca Taylor Ruzich, who was taken from this world at much too
29 young an age, and we extend our deepest sympathy to her family,
30 friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

2 presented to her family as an expression of deep sorrow for her
3 passing and with our sincerest condolences.
