    AN ACT concerning civil law.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Uniform Federal Lien Registration Act is

amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

    (770 ILCS 110/1)  (from Ch. 82, par. 401)

    Sec. 1. This Act applies only to federal tax liens and
and

to other
federal liens notices of which under any Act of 
9
Congress or any regulation
adopted pursuant thereto are 
10
required or permitted to be filed in the same
manner as notices 
11
of federal tax liens.
