| AN ACT concerning transportation.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Railroad Incorporation Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 2 as follows:
|
| 6 |

| Sec. 2. Such persons shall organize by adopting and

| signing articles of
incorporation, which shall be filed and |

| recorded in the office of the
Secretary of State and a copy |

| thereof rendered in the office of the
recorder of each county |

| through or into which such railway is
proposed to be run. |
