1     AN ACT concerning civil procedure.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by adding
5 Section 7-103.125 as follows:
 
6     (735 ILCS 5/7-103.125 new)
7     Sec. 7-103.125. Quick-take; Village of Bannockburn.
8 Quick-take proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used for a
9 period of 24 months after the effective date of this amendatory
10 Act of the 94th General Assembly by the Village of Bannockburn
11 to acquire property for the purpose of constructing and
12 maintaining a new water main along Half Day Road, specifically
13 for the acquisition of real property, including fee simple and
14 temporary and permanent easements, of any portion of the
15 following described properties:
 
16 Parcel #1 - THE SOUTH 20.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 40.00 FEET OF
17 LOTS 1 AND 2 (AS MEASURED PERPENDICULAR TO THE NORTH LINE
18 THEREOF) IN THEODOSAKIS' SUBDIVISION, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF
19 PART OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF
20 SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 43 NORTH, RANGE 12 EAST OF THE THIRD
21 PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED
22 SEPTEMBER 29, 1997 AS DOCUMENT 4025839, AS CORRECTED BY
23 CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION RECORDED MAY 10, 2002 AS DOCUMENT
24 4922046, IN LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
