725 ILCS 210/4   from Ch. 14, par. 204
725 ILCS 210/4.11 new

    Amends the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor's Act. Provides that the Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor shall conduct education seminars for prosecutors throughout the State on how to prosecute cases in drug court with a specific emphasis on cases involving the illegal possession of methamphetamine. Effective July 1, 2005.

1     AN ACT concerning criminal law.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. The State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor's
5 Act is amended by changing Section 4 and by adding Section 4.11
6 as follows:
 
7     (725 ILCS 210/4)  (from Ch. 14, par. 204)
8     Sec. 4. The board and the Office have the powers and duties
9 enumerated in Sections 4.01 through 4.11 4.10.

12     Sec. 4.11. Education seminars for prosecutors. The Office
13 of the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor shall conduct
14 education seminars for prosecutors throughout the State on how

16 cases involving the illegal possession of methamphetamine.
 
17     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July
18 1, 2005.
