    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing 
5
Section 13-303.5 as follows:

    (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2005)

    Sec. 13-303.5. Injunctive relief. If, after a hearing, the

9
the Commission
determines that a telecommunications carrier 
10
has violated this Act or a
Commission order or rule, any 
11
telecommunications carrier adversely affected by
the
violation 
12
may seek injunctive relief in circuit court.
