    AN ACT making an appropriation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 Section 5.  In addition to any and all other amounts appropriated to the Department of Children and Family Services for fiscal year 2006, the amount of $104,684.90, or as much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Children and Family Services for contracts with and grants to C.A.U.S.E.S.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
