Appropriates $217,300, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grant payments under grant agreement No. 01-128508 to the City of Oakbrook Terrace for flood control. Effective July 1, 2005.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The amount of $217,300, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grant payments under grant agreement No. 01-128508 to the City of Oakbrook Terrace for flood control.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
