Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Labor Relations Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Labor Relations Board for the objects and purposes hereinafter named:

OPERATIONS

  For Personal Services......................... 1,220,500

  For Employee Retirement Contributions

   Paid by Employer...................................... 0

  For State Contributions to State

   Employees' Retirement System.................... 192,900

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security.................................. 94,100

  For Contractual Services......................... 264,700

  For Travel........................................ 30,000

  For Commodities.................................... 3,600

  For Printing....................................... 4,000

  For Equipment..................................... 22,000

  For Electronic Data Processing.................... 30,000

  For Telecommunications Services................... 52,000

    Total                                        $1,913,800

 

    Section 10.  The sum of $52,200, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Labor Relations Board for costs associated with Public Act 93-0655, including administrative expenses.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
