SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $700,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of making a grant to the Arc of Illinois for operating a LifeSpan Project. Effective July 1, 2005.

$DHS-ARC OF IL-LIFESPAN PROJ

 

 

 

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. The sum of $700,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of making a grant to the Arc of Illinois for operating a LifeSpan Project, a toll-free Statewide resource and referral service for persons with developmental disabilities.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
