SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Gaming Board for distribution to the City of East Dubuque and JoDaviess County to compensate those entities for expenses they incurred for infrastructure improvements made to accommodate a riverboat within the City of East Dubuque. Effective July 1, 2006.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $3,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Gaming Board for distribution to the City of East Dubuque and JoDaviess County to compensate those entities for expenses they incurred for infrastructure improvements made to accommodate a riverboat within the City of East Dubuque.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2006.
