1     AN ACT concerning labor.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. The Day and Temporary Labor Services Act is
5 amended by changing Section 75 as follows:
 
6     (820 ILCS 175/75)
7     Sec. 75. Willful violations. Whoever willfully violates
8 any of the provisions of this Act or any rule adopted under
9 this Act, or whoever obstructs the Department of Labor, its
10 inspectors or deputies, or any other person authorized to
11 inspect places of employment under this Act shall be guilty of
12 a Class A misdemeanor. Each day during which a violation of
13 this Act continues shall constitute a separate and distinct
14 offense, and the employment of any person in violation of the
15 Act shall, with respect to each person so employed, constitute
16 a separate and distinct offense. Whenever, in the opinion of
17 the Department, a violation of the Act has occurred, the
18 Department shall report the violation to the Attorney General
19 of this State who has shall have authority to prosecute all
20 reported violations.
