    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 1.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Police Merit Board:

  For Personal Services........................... 345,100

  For Employee Retirement Contributions

   Paid by Employer...................................... 0

  For State Contributions to State

   Employees' Retirement System..................... 36,100

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security.................................. 26,600

  For Contractual Services......................... 332,000

  For Travel......................................... 8,400

  For Commodities.................................... 6,000

  For Printing....................................... 6,000

  For Equipment...................................... 2,000

  For Electronic Data Processing..................... 8,000

  For Telecommunications Services................... 12,000

  For Operation of Automotive Equipment.............. 3,000

    Total                                          $785,200

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July 1, 2004.
