    Authorizes the Secretary of Human Services to convey to Centerstone of Illinois the described parcel of land in Union County upon payment of $1.00, subject to specified conditions. Effective immediately.

1    AN ACT concerning property.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $1.00, to the
5Department of Human Services, and subject to the conditions
6set forth in Section 10 of this Act, the Secretary of Human
7Services is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all right,
8title, and interest in and to the following described parcel
9of land in Union County, Illinois, to Centerstone of Illinois:
 
10    PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION
11    17, TOWNSHIP 12 SOUTH, RANGE ONE WEST OF THE THIRD
12    PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY OF ANNA, UNION COUNTY, ILLINOIS,
13    DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
14    THE SAID EAST HALF; THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF
15    SAID SECTION 17 A DISTANCE OF 66.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0°
16    00' EAST A DISTANCE OF 263.75 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0° 15' 54"
17    WEST A DISTANCE OF 810.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 18' 54"
18    EAST A DISTANCE OF 941.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0° 15' 54"

2    DISTANCE OF 66 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF THE SAID EAST HALF;
3    THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE SAID WEST LINE TO THE POINT OF
4    BEGINNING.
 
5    Section 10. The conveyance of real property authorized by
6Section 5 shall be made subject to: (1) existing public
7utilities, existing public roads, and any and all
8reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants and
9restrictions of record; and (2) the express condition that if
10said real property ceases to be used as an alcohol treatment
11facility, it shall revert to the State of Illinois, Department
12of Human Services.
 
13    Section 15. The Secretary of Human Services shall obtain a
14certified copy of the portions of this Act containing the
15title, the enacting clause, the effective date, the
16appropriate Section containing the land description of the
17property to be conveyed, and this Section within 60 days after
18its effective date and, upon receipt of the payment required
19by the Section, shall record the certified document in the
20Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is located.
 
21    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
22becoming law.
