AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5606

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5606 on page 1, 
3immediately below line 9, by inserting the following:
4    ""Not-for-profit corporation" has the meaning given to 
5that term in Section 101.80 of the General Not For Profit 
6Corporation Act of 1986."; and
 
7on page 1, line 16, after "disabilities,", by inserting 
8"not-for-profit corporations,"; and
 
9on page 2, line 1, after "disabilities,", by inserting 
10"not-for-profit corporations,"; and
 
11on page 2, line 18, after "disabilities,", by inserting 
12"not-for-profit corporations,"; and
 
13on page 2, line 26, after "disabilities,", by inserting 
14"not-for-profit corporations,"; and
